This is for a crowd! 20 servings. Please don't skimp on the dill pickle relish. You need a good brand. I do not remember where I found this recipe but it is awesome!

  • 16 oz
    dry macoroni (cooked as directed and cooled)
  • 2 c
    fresh brocoli chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    diced or cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    chopped green peppers
  • 1 c
    dill pickle relish
  • 2
    large dill pickles chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    sliced black olives
  • 1/2 c
    sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c
    shredded carrots
  • 2 c
    lite mayo
  • 1/2 c
    yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Chicago Macoroni Salad


  1. Mix all chopped veggies and cheese. Mix all dressing ingredients and toss on macoroni. Chill and enjoy!
