This is for a crowd! 20 servings. Please don't skimp on the dill pickle relish. You need a good brand. I do not remember where I found this recipe but it is awesome!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces dry macoroni (cooked as directed and cooled)
  • 2 cups fresh brocoli chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups diced or cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 - large dill pickles chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups lite mayo
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make chicago macoroni salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all chopped veggies and cheese. Mix all dressing ingredients and toss on macoroni. Chill and enjoy!
