Ingredients
- 16 ounces dry macoroni (cooked as directed and cooled)
- 2 cups fresh brocoli chopped
- 1 1/2 cups diced or cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 - large dill pickles chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups lite mayo
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Mix all chopped veggies and cheese. Mix all dressing ingredients and toss on macoroni. Chill and enjoy!
