Ingredients

  • 3 c
    cooked elbow macaroni or your favorite pasta
  • 2 c
    sliced seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 c
    (about 8 oz.) cubed cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 c
    (about 8 oz.) cubed swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sliced green onion
  • *MUSTARD-DILL DRESSING*

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    dairy sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill seed

How to Make California Macaroni Salad Veronique

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine grapes, ham, Swiss cheese, green onions and dressing. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Serve on lettuce lined plates with tomato slices snd additional grape clusters.
