bacon avocado tortellini salad
This is so yummy and quick. I think the original recipe called for small shell pasta - boring! I like it with tortellini much better.

Ingredients
- 4 slices peppered bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups refridgerated tortellini, cooked according to directions
- 1 large avocado ( or 2 small), halved
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup of your favorite ranch dip/dressing (i like marie's)
How To Make bacon avocado tortellini salad

Step 1Mash 1/2 avocado in a medium size mixing bowl, then stir in ranch dip. Add the cooked pasta and stir well to coat. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
