Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 medium apples, granny smith
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 3-4 dashes salt and pepper
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
How To Make waldorf slaw

Step 1Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat, til golden brown. Drain on paper towels and chop into 1/2 inch pieces.

Step 2Wash, then cut and core the apple. Chop the apple into small chunks. Put the apples, bacon, celery, carrots, and golden raisins in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3In a small bowl whisk the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, celery seeds together until blended.

Step 4Pour the dressing over the sliced veggies and toss to coat.
