Ingredients
- 3 pounds cabbage head, coarsely chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 - white onions, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
How To Make three-week cole slaw

Step 1Mix all chopped vegetables in a very large bowl with lid.

Step 2Cook together sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar and seasonings until dissolved. Do not scorch.

Step 3Pour hot dressing over slaw. Cover and refrigerate, stirring a few times to marinate. Keeps three weeks.
