Our family always likes this when served. It does make enough for 15-20 but my family must eat more than normal. I serve it to 11 and there are no leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3 - envelopes taco seasongs
  • 3 - heads of lettuce
  • 3 cups shredded cheedar cheese
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped red onions
  • 3 cans chopped ripe olives , drained
  • 2 cans ranch style beans , drained
  • 1 large bag of corn chips
  • 1 bottle 16oz catalina dressing
  • 1 jar 12oz chunky salsa

How To Make taco salad for a crowd

  • Step 1
    Brown beef and drain well. Add taco seasoning per pkg. instructions. Cool completely, then toss with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
