Our family always likes this when served. It does make enough for 15-20 but my family must eat more than normal. I serve it to 11 and there are no leftovers.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- 3 - envelopes taco seasongs
- 3 - heads of lettuce
- 3 cups shredded cheedar cheese
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped red onions
- 3 cans chopped ripe olives , drained
- 2 cans ranch style beans , drained
- 1 large bag of corn chips
- 1 bottle 16oz catalina dressing
- 1 jar 12oz chunky salsa
How To Make taco salad for a crowd

Step 1Brown beef and drain well. Add taco seasoning per pkg. instructions. Cool completely, then toss with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
