This salad is delicious and great for a party...its serves 8 - 10 people...make sure you have the recipe as you will be asked for it...I've made it many times for Superbowl parties and it's always a's also a great salad for warm weather ahead...I always double the recipe, as many go back for seconds...enjoy! Will be updating with a photo soon...

kaiser rolls, torn into 1/2 inch piecs
1 lb
assorted sliced deli meats, such as ham, turkey, salami and bologna - sliced into strips
1/4 - 1/2 lb
swiss cheese - sliced into strips
1/4 - 1/2 lb
cheddar cheese, sliced into strips
3 oz
package sliced pepperoni
1 - red
onion, chopped
1/2 c
olive oil
1/4 c
tarragon vinegar
1 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp

How to Make Sub Salad


  • 1In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, bread, meats, cheese and onion. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well; drizzle over salad, tossing to coat, Refrigerate for one hour.
