Ingredients
- 6 ounces package corn bread mix
- 1 bottle ranch dressing
- 1 can (small) diced green chilies
- 2 small heads romain lettuce, shredded
- 2 large tomatos, diced
- 15 ounces can black beans rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup red & green peppers, diced
- 8 ounces package mexican shredded cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 5 - green onions, sliced
How To Make southwest cornbread salad

Step 1Prepare cornbread, add chilies. Cool & crumble.

Step 2Layer in a large bowl 1/2 crumbled cornbread 1/2 lettuce remaining ingredients

Step 3Spoon ranch dressing over all. Repeat layers. Cover & chill, 2 hours.
