Ingredients

  • 6 ounces package corn bread mix
  • 1 bottle ranch dressing
  • 1 can (small) diced green chilies
  • 2 small heads romain lettuce, shredded
  • 2 large tomatos, diced
  • 15 ounces can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 15 ounces can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 cup red & green peppers, diced
  • 8 ounces package mexican shredded cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 5 - green onions, sliced

How To Make southwest cornbread salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare cornbread, add chilies. Cool & crumble.
  • Step 2
    Layer in a large bowl 1/2 crumbled cornbread 1/2 lettuce remaining ingredients
  • Step 3
    Spoon ranch dressing over all. Repeat layers. Cover & chill, 2 hours.
