Ingredients

6 oz
package corn bread mix
1 bottle
ranch dressing
1 can(s)
(small) diced green chilies
2 small
heads romain lettuce, shredded
2 large
tomatos, diced
15 oz
can black beans rinsed and drained
15 oz
can whole kernel corn
1/2 c
red & green peppers, diced
8 oz
package mexican shredded cheese
6 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled
5
green onions, sliced

How to Make Southwest Cornbread Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare cornbread, add chilies. Cool & crumble.
  • 2Layer in a large bowl
    1/2 crumbled cornbread
    1/2 lettuce
    remaining ingredients
  • 3Spoon ranch dressing over all. Repeat layers. Cover & chill, 2 hours.
