- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- - pepper to taste
- 3 medium english cucumbers
- 1 small sweet onion
How To Make sour cream cucumbers

Step 1In a bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper until well blended.

Step 2Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Thinly slice onion and separate into rings.

Step 3Add cucumbers and onion to sour cream mixture and toss to coat.

Step 4Refrigerate covered at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
