How to Make Sour Cream Cucumbers
- 1In a bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper until well blended.
- 2Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Thinly slice onion and separate into rings.
- 3Add cucumbers and onion to sour cream mixture and toss to coat.
- 4Refrigerate covered at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
