How to Make Sour Cream Cucumbers
- In a bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper until well blended.
- Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Thinly slice onion and separate into rings.
- Add cucumbers and onion to sour cream mixture and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate covered at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
