Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • - pepper to taste
  • 3 medium english cucumbers
  • 1 small sweet onion

How To Make sour cream cucumbers

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Thinly slice onion and separate into rings.
  • Step 3
    Add cucumbers and onion to sour cream mixture and toss to coat.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate covered at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
