This delicious cucumber salad was originally posted by WI Cheesehead at food.com, but I did modify the recipe just a bit.

Ingredients
- 2 medium - size cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/3 cup - light italian salad dressing (*see note)
- 1/3 cup - sour cream
- 2 tablesp. - diced onion (l used red onion)
- 1/2 tsp. - salt
How To Make sour cream cucumber salad

Step 1Place sliced cucumbers in a serving bowl, then set bowl aside.

Step 2In another bowl mix together, the sour cream, Italian salad dressing, onion, and salt.

Step 3Stir the sour cream mixture into the cucumbers; mix thoroughly.

Step 4Refrigerate the cucumber salad for a while, as it tastes better cold.

Step 5*Note: When it came to adding the Italian dressing, I used Fit & Active Light Italian Dressing, which I purchased from Aldi's. It happens to be my "favorite" Italian dressing!
