- 2 boxes uncle ben's wild & long grain rice, original
- 2 pounds cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 jar chopped pimento (small jar)
- 3/4 cup frozen peas, uncooked, defrosted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
How To Make shrimp curry rice salad

Step 1Cook rice according to box directions. Cool completely.

Step 2Mix rice, shrimp, green pepper, celery, pimentos and peas.

Step 3Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and curry powder.

Step 4Combine rice mixture with dressing mixture.

Step 5Refrigerate at least two hours. Better made day before to chill overnight.
