2 lb
cooked shrimp, chopped
1 c
green pepper, chopped
1 c
celery, chopped
1 jar(s)
chopped pimento (small jar)
3/4 c
frozen peas, uncooked, defrosted
1 c
sour cream
1 c
mayonnaise
3 Tbsp
curry powder

How to Make Shrimp Curry Rice Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook rice according to box directions. Cool completely.
  • 2Mix rice, shrimp, green pepper, celery, pimentos and peas.
  • 3Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and curry powder.
  • 4Combine rice mixture with dressing mixture.
  • 5Refrigerate at least two hours. Better made day before to chill overnight.
