    2 cups coleslaw mix
  • ·
    2 cups shredded carrots
  • ·
    2 cups broccoli slaw
  • ·
    1 medium yellow or red pepper chopped
  • ·
    1 cup coleslaw dressing.

How to Make Seven Layer Slaw


  1. In bottom of 2 1/2 guart clear glass bowl, evenly spread 1 cup of coleslaw mix. Layer with 1cup of the carrots, 1 cup of broccoli slaw and the bell pepper. Repeat layer.
  2. Pour dressing over coleslaw. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, no longer than 24 hours. Toss prior to serving.
