Ingredients

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 - 1 inch piece ginger minced
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package ramen oriental seasoning
  • 1/2 - head of napa cabbage
  • 1/4 - head red cabbage
  • 1/2 - head green cabbage
  • 1 large red onion diced
  • 2 medium carrots diced
  • 1/2 - red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 - yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 - orange bell pepper diced
  • 3/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 3 packages ramen noodles broken up
  • 3/4 cup spanish peanuts
  • 24 - wontons fried optional

How To Make ramen noodle salad

  • Step 1
    Mix the oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, ramen oriental seasoning packet sugar, salt and pepper shake well and refrigerate
  • Step 2
    Mix remaining ingredients together. Dress with vinegrette just before serving
