    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1
    1 inch piece ginger minced

    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    ramen oriental seasoning
  • 1/2
    head of napa cabbage
  • 1/4
    head red cabbage
  • 1/2
    head green cabbage
  • 1 large
    red onion diced
  • 2 medium
    carrots diced
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2
    yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1/2
    orange bell pepper diced
  • 3/4 c
    cilantro chopped
  • 3 pkg
    ramen noodles broken up
  • 3/4 c
    spanish peanuts
  • 24
    wontons fried optional

How to Make Ramen Noodle Salad


  1. Mix the oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, ramen oriental seasoning packet sugar, salt and pepper shake well and refrigerate
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together.

    Dress with vinegrette just before serving
