Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 - 1 inch piece ginger minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package ramen oriental seasoning
- 1/2 - head of napa cabbage
- 1/4 - head red cabbage
- 1/2 - head green cabbage
- 1 large red onion diced
- 2 medium carrots diced
- 1/2 - red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 - yellow bell pepper diced
- 1/2 - orange bell pepper diced
- 3/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 3 packages ramen noodles broken up
- 3/4 cup spanish peanuts
- 24 - wontons fried optional
How To Make ramen noodle salad

Step 1Mix the oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, ramen oriental seasoning packet sugar, salt and pepper shake well and refrigerate

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients together. Dress with vinegrette just before serving
