Picnic Rice Salad

Great cold salad, which makes it perfect for summer picnics. Make ahead and refrigerate overnight. You're good to go.

Ingredients

  •   3 c
    cooked rice
  •   1/4 c
    french dressing
  •   1/4 c
    minced onion
  •   1 tsp
    salt
  •   1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  •   1/2 c
    minced celery
  •   1/3 c
    green pepper
  •   1/4 c
    minced sour pickle
  •   1/3 c
    sweet relish
  •   2 Tbsp
    minced pimiento
  •   2
    hard cooked eggs, chopped
  •   2/3 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine hot rice, French dressing, onions, salt, and pepper. Let stand while preparing other ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients: toss lightly with a fork. Chill thoroughly.
