Ingredients

  • 2 cans peas, canned
  • 2 per can - hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 small chopped onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

How To Make pea salad

  • Step 1
    drain the peas just warm the peas. after they are warm take off the stove.
  • Step 2
    Boil the eggs. after the are boiled take off stove. peel & mash together. set aside.
  • Step 3
    chop the onion.
  • Step 4
    Now add all the ingredients together. Peas,onion,mayo,and eggs. Mix well. Then put in the refrig. to get cold. You can serve with lunch or dinner.
