Mexican Corn Salad

This is my go to salad when I'm in a time crunch! This salad is a big hit every time and I never have any left overs to bring home!

Ingredients

3 can(s)
15.25 ounce cans of corn~drained
1 c
or a scant more of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 small
onion~diced
1 c
mayonnaise~i used hellmans
1 1/2 c
crushed chili cheese fritos (more or less to taste)

Step-By-Step

1Mix every thing together EXCEPT the fritos. Right before serving mix the crushed chili cheese fritos in the salad and serve. Quick and easy! Enjoy!
