This is my go to salad when I'm in a time crunch! This salad is a big hit every time and I never have any left overs to bring home!

Ingredients
- 3 cans 15.25 ounce cans of corn~drained
- 1 cup or a scant more of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 small onion~diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise~i used hellmans
- 1 1/2 cups crushed chili cheese fritos (more or less to taste)
How To Make mexican corn salad

Step 1Mix every thing together EXCEPT the fritos. Right before serving mix the crushed chili cheese fritos in the salad and serve. Quick and easy! Enjoy!
