marinated vegetable salad
Given to me by Auntie Jewel. We usually had this with Ham. Note: we did not have pimento in ours but you can add if so desired.

Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1 can english peas
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons sugar or splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
How To Make marinated vegetable salad

Step 1Drain canned vegetables and pour in large plastic bowl w/lid. Add chopped onion, bell pepper and celery.

Step 2Mix in small bowl, vinegar, oil, sugar and spices. Add to vegetable bowl. Marinate in refrigerator over night. Stir several times. Keeps well.
