  • 1 box
    8 - 10 oz elbow macroni
  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 1/2 medium
    diced green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    french dressing (use red kind)
  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    frenche's yellow mustard
  • 2 1/2 tsp

How to Make Macroni Salad


  1. Cook macaroni as directed, drain.
  2. Put macroni, celery & green pepper in a bowl & add French dressing, mix all together. Take the Miracle Whip, sour cream & mustard & salt, mix in a seperate bowl,then spoon onto the macaroni mix, covering completely, cover with plastic wrap, chill for several hours or chill over night. Toss all ingredients & serve.
