Kristin's Seafood Salad

Kristin Kiel

This is my family's favorite recipe for lunch. Either on bread or with lettuce as a salad. I use the fake crab pieces (pollock or cod), and sometimes add shrimp. I don't have specific quantities for the mayo because I just put as much as I like. Some people like more. I have substituted cooked chicken for the seafood and made chicken salad too.
I hope you like it!

How to Make Kristin's Seafood Salad

  1. Chop seafood and celery
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients to make the dressing
  3. Mix all together and chill well
  4. I love it just with lettuce or in a sandwich. I think it tastes even better the next day. I have used this same dressing and substituted chicken (for the seafood) and made a chicken salad too. Enjoy!
