Kristin's Seafood Salad

4 ccooked seafood (shrimp) or imitation crab meat (chopped)
1 tspdijon mustard
1/8 tsphot pepper sauce
1/2 Tbspcapers (finely chopped) or to taste
2 tspparsley flakes (can use fresh)
1 tspdried chives (can use fresh)
1/2 ccelery (chopped)
How to Make Kristin's Seafood Salad
- Chop seafood and celery
- Mix rest of the ingredients to make the dressing
- Mix all together and chill well
- I love it just with lettuce or in a sandwich. I think it tastes even better the next day. I have used this same dressing and substituted chicken (for the seafood) and made a chicken salad too. Enjoy!
