Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    real mayonnaise not miracle whip
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 c
    finely chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head)
  • 1/4 c
    shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion

How to Make KFC Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped into very fine pieces (a little bigger than rice)
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl. Beat until smooth
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, and onions. Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit over night it's even better
