- - 2 lbs. sauerkraut, well drained
- - 1 large onion, diced
- - 1 green pepper, diced
- - 2 oz. jar pimento, diced
- - 5 jalapeno peppers, diced
- - 1 cup cider vinegar
- - 1/2-1 cup sugar

Step 1Mix first 5 ingredients.

Step 2Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over sauerkraut mixture.

Step 3Refrigerate overnight. Store in glass container.
