Italian Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients

1(15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained

1(15-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

1(14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

5 ozpepperoni, cubed (i used pepperoni minis)

6 ozsalami, cubed
-
2 largecucumbers, halved lenghtwise and slices
-
1 cgrape tomatoes (i cut them in half)
-
1/2 largered onion, chopped
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
6 ozshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/4 citalian dressing
-
1/2 largelemon, juice of
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
How to Make Italian Garbanzo Bean Salad
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well, then refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
Serve chilled.
