Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh green beans trimmed
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
- 6 ounces cubed cheese( i use colby/jack
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
How To Make green beans, tomatoes and cheese salad

Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until crisp tender about 3 - 7 minutes.

Step 2Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain thoroughly.

Step 3Meanwhile whisk yogurt, mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl.

Step 4Add the green beans, tomatoes and cheese to the bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle with basil.

Step 5You might prefer to cut tomatoes in half.
