Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 6 ounces cubed cheese( i use colby/jack
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil

How To Make green beans, tomatoes and cheese salad

  • Step 1
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until crisp tender about 3 - 7 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile whisk yogurt, mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  • Step 4
    Add the green beans, tomatoes and cheese to the bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle with basil.
  • Step 5
    You might prefer to cut tomatoes in half.
