  • 4 c
    fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 Tbsp
    plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 c
    grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 6 oz
    cubed cheese( i use colby/jack
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped basil

How to Make Green beans, tomatoes and cheese salad


  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until crisp tender about 3 - 7 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Meanwhile whisk yogurt, mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  4. Add the green beans, tomatoes and cheese to the bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle with basil.
  5. You might prefer to cut tomatoes in half.
