Ingredients

4 c
fresh green beans trimmed
3 Tbsp
plain yogurt
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise
2 tsp
white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
2 c
grape or cherry tomatoes
6 oz
cubed cheese( i use colby/jack
2 Tbsp
chopped basil

How to Make Green beans, tomatoes and cheese salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until crisp tender about 3 - 7 minutes.
  • 2Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain thoroughly.
  • 3Meanwhile whisk yogurt, mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  • 4Add the green beans, tomatoes and cheese to the bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle with basil.
  • 5You might prefer to cut tomatoes in half.
