Ingredients
- 30 ounces garbanzo beans, drained
- 14 ounces can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 12 ounces jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 large cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1 cup - grape tomatoes (i like to cut them in half, but it's not necessary)
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup - greek dressing (or italian dressing)
- 1/2 large lemon, the juice of
- 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make greek garbanzo bean salad

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
