Ingredients
- 2 pounds coleslaw (made fresh or purchased)
- 2 - small red delicious apples
- 2 cups pineapple tidbits, well drained
- 2 cups dried cherries (or rasisins, cranberries or apricots)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
How To Make grass skirt slaw

Step 1Mix all ingredients except the coconut together.

Step 2Top with coconut before serving.

Step 3Excellent with ham or pork.
