Ingredients

  • 2 pounds coleslaw (made fresh or purchased)
  • 2 - small red delicious apples
  • 2 cups pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • 2 cups dried cherries (or rasisins, cranberries or apricots)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

How To Make grass skirt slaw

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except the coconut together.
  • Step 2
    Top with coconut before serving.
  • Step 3
    Excellent with ham or pork.
