This is how I make the sweet coleslaw my family loves.

Ingredients

  • DRESSING

  • ·
    1/2 c mayonaise
  • ·
    1/2 c vanilla yogurt
  • ·
    2 tablespoons minced onions
  • ·
    1/3 c sugar
  • ·
    dash of salt
  • ·
    dash of black pepper
  • ·
    1 1/2 tablespoons red cider vinegar
  • COLESLAW

  • ·
    green cabbage,shredded
  • ·
    red cabbage,shredded
  • ·
    carrots,shredded
  • ·
    apples,finely chopped
  • ·
    raisins
  • ·
    pineapple tidbits or chopped pineapple

How to Make Fruited Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all the dressing ingredients together. In a large bowl,combine coleslaw ingredients. Stir enough dressing into the coleslaw to coat,mix well.Chill at least one hour before serving.
    Sorry,I don't have exact measurements,the dressing ingredients are approximate. Taste.Make as much coleslaw ingredients as you need,then add dressing.
