Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, draied
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup purple onion, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon jalepeno pepper juice
- 1 package fritos chili cheese corn chips
How To Make frito corn salad

Step 1Combine mayonnaise and jalepeno pepper juice. Let a few of the peppers slip in if you like spicy.

Step 2Combine above with all ingredients except Fritos.

Step 3Crush the corn chips coarsely and add to salad just before serving.
