Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    yellow wax beans
  • 1 can(s)
    cut green beans
  • 1 can(s)
    garbanzos (chick peas
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans
  • 1/2 medium
    green bell pepper
  • 1 small
    onion
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar

How to Make Four Bean Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Dice bell pepper and onion very small.
  2. Drain green beans, Yellow wax beans and garbanzos. Drain and rinse kidney beans.
  3. Combine all beans, bell pepper and onion in a large bowl. Mix gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients well. Pour over the bean mixture.
  5. Refrigerate overnight. Stir occasionally to coat. Serve with a slotted spoon.
