Ingredients

  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can cut green beans
  • 1 can garbanzos (chick peas
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar

How To Make four bean salad

  • Step 1
    Dice bell pepper and onion very small.
  • Step 2
    Drain green beans, Yellow wax beans and garbanzos. Drain and rinse kidney beans.
  • Step 3
    Combine all beans, bell pepper and onion in a large bowl. Mix gently.
  • Step 4
    In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients well. Pour over the bean mixture.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate overnight. Stir occasionally to coat. Serve with a slotted spoon.
