This recipe is easy to make. Because it's sweet, it's the perfect side dish for teriyaki marinated salmon on the grill or a smoked pull pork dish. The crunchiness of this dish is what makes it taste so good!

Ingredients
- 1 - head of napa cabbage
- 5 - scallions
- 2 packages ramen noodles soup (throw out seasoning packet)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 stick butter, unsalted
- 2 packages small packages of slivered almonds
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make crunchy slaw

Step 1Smash the Ramen noodles. Brown ramen noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds in the melted butter until light tan in color.

Step 2Chop the cabbage and scallions fine.

Step 3Store the noodle combo and the cabbage mixture separately.

Step 4Mix dressing: olive oil, white vinegar, soy sauce and sugar together until sugar dissolves. Store dressing separately.

Step 520 minutes before serving, mix cabbage, onion, and nut mixture with dressing. Start with half of the dressing and add more, if necessary. This will not keep once mixed together.
