This recipe is easy to make. Because it's sweet, it's the perfect side dish for teriyaki marinated salmon on the grill or a smoked pull pork dish. The crunchiness of this dish is what makes it taste so good!

Step-by-Step

  2. Chop the cabbage and scallions fine.
  3. Store the noodle combo and the cabbage mixture separately.
  4. Mix dressing: olive oil, white vinegar, soy sauce and sugar together until sugar dissolves. Store dressing separately.
  5. 20 minutes before serving, mix cabbage, onion, and nut mixture with dressing. Start with half of the dressing and add more, if necessary.
