Okay this is one of my experiments. I like it, but am sure my family will have lots to say about it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled peanuts, shelled
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 - eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 - red onion, chopped
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
How To Make crunchy bacon salad

Step 1In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill until ready to serve.
