Ingredients
- 1 package imitation crab meat (i prefer louis kemp)
- 1/2 cup celery, diced fine
- 1-2 slice onion, diced fine
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, light
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light (i like hellmans)
- 1 teaspoon sweet relish
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dill, dried
- 5-6 dashes salt and pepper (to taste)
How To Make creamy crab salad

Step 1Rinse and drain the imitation crab meat. Flake into a medium bowl.

Step 2Dice the celery and onion. Add to the crab meat.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, mayo, relish, and garlic powder.

Step 4Pour the dressing mixture over the crab meat and stir to mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with dill weed, then toss lightly to mix. Chill for one hour to blend flavors.

Step 5Notes: You can substitute 1 T. dried minced onion for the fresh onion.
