I get so many requests from friends and family members to make this dish . I even won a gold spoon at the church fellowship dinner . This is a must try , I've heard that just doesn't sound good many of times until they tried it and now when I don't make this dish they get disappointed.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg - ranch dry salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup - sour cream
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 pan - cornbread, cooked and crumbled
  • 2cans - pinto beans , drained
  • 2 cans - whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3 large - tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - green onions
  • 2 cup - shredded chedder
  • 10 oz - bacon , cooked and crumbled

How To Make cornbread salad

  • Step 1
    Combine salad dressing pack with mayo and sour cream . Set aside
  • Step 2
    Place half of the crumbled cornbread in bottom of large bowel.
  • Step 3
    Place half of the pintos over the cornbread.
  • Step 4
    Combine tomatoes and green onions and layer over pintos.
  • Step 5
    Layer half cheese , crumbled bacon , corn, and salad dressing mixture.
  • Step 6
    Repeat layers and garnish. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving
