I get so many requests from friends and family members to make this dish . I even won a gold spoon at the church fellowship dinner . This is a must try , I've heard that just doesn't sound good many of times until they tried it and now when I don't make this dish they get disappointed.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    ranch dry salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup
    sour cream
  • 1 cup
    mayonnaise
  • 1 pan
    cornbread, cooked and crumbled
  • 2cans
    pinto beans , drained
  • 2 cans
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3 large
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup
    green onions
  • 2 cup
    shredded chedder
  • 10 oz
    bacon , cooked and crumbled

How to Make cornbread salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine salad dressing pack with mayo and sour cream . Set aside
  2. Place half of the crumbled cornbread in bottom of large bowel.
  3. Place half of the pintos over the cornbread.
  4. Combine tomatoes and green onions and layer over pintos.
  5. Layer half cheese , crumbled bacon , corn, and salad dressing mixture.
  6. Repeat layers and garnish. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving
