I get so many requests from friends and family members to make this dish . I even won a gold spoon at the church fellowship dinner . This is a must try , I've heard that just doesn't sound good many of times until they tried it and now when I don't make this dish they get disappointed.

Ingredients

1 pkg
ranch dry salad dressing mix
1 cup
sour cream
1 cup
mayonnaise
1 pan
cornbread, cooked and crumbled
2cans
pinto beans , drained
2 cans
whole kernel corn, drained
3 large
tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup
green onions
2 cup
shredded chedder
10 oz
bacon , cooked and crumbled

How to Make cornbread salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine salad dressing pack with mayo and sour cream . Set aside
  • 2Place half of the crumbled cornbread in bottom of large bowel.
  • 3Place half of the pintos over the cornbread.
  • 4Combine tomatoes and green onions and layer over pintos.
  • 5Layer half cheese , crumbled bacon , corn, and salad dressing mixture.
  • 6Repeat layers and garnish. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving
