I had never heard of this until I started working at this grocery store. Once I tried it though, it was over! This salad is amazing!

Ingredients
- 2 - cornbread
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - tomato, chopped
- 1/2 pound cubed virginia ham
- 1/2 pound cubed, fresh american cheese
- 8 ounces kraft ranch dressing
How To Make cornbread salad

Step 1Crumble both loaves of cornbread onto a baking sheet and put in a 350 degree oven. Bake until it starts to toast.

Step 2Add crumbled, toasted cornbread to a large mixing bowl. Add green pepper, tomato, onion, ham and cheese. Toss well.

Step 3Add dressing and mix well until coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight for flavors to mix.
