corn bread salad
I got this recipe from my older sister. This is good with any kind of meal. like BBQ, or just a Sunday lunch with the family. my family loves this. if they had it thee way I would be making this every day.

Ingredients
- 2 bottles jiffy corn meal mix
- 2 cans corn ( drain off juice)
- 2 cans ranch style beans
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1 - yellow bell pepper
- 1 - onoin
- 2 packages valley ranch seasaning
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 package greated cheese
- 2 bottles bottles bacon bits
How To Make corn bread salad

Step 1wash off your peppers. then make the jiffy corn bread mix as it says on box.

Step 2then while the corn bread is cooking chops bell peppers and onions. then mix the bell peppers, onions, ranch style beans, sour cream, grated cheese, bacon bits, when the corn bread gets done crumble up the corn bread after it cools.

Step 3then put some of the corn bread the bottom of a big bowl them pour the bell pepper mix over the corn bread and then you just keep doing that until the bowl is full. the you can eat it then or you can chill it if you want it cold. my family likes it both ways cold or heated....
