Cool Bean Salad
1 can(s)15 oz can of read 3 bean salad (drained)
1 cchopped red peppers
1 cchopped green peppers
1 cchopped onions (any type i.e. red-white-brown)
1/2 cwhite vinegar
1/4 tspground black pepper
How to Make Cool Bean Salad
- Heat together vinegar, sugar & onions. Cool and then add the oil.
- After cooled pour over the rest of the ingredients then add black pepper and maybe a little salt if you think it needs it. Mine was good without the salt.
- Chill for several hours or overnight and serve.
- SPECIAL NOTE-I PURCHASED THE CAN OF THE 3 BEAN SALAD WHICH IS GREEN BEANS, WAX BEANS & KIDNEY BEANS. I ALSO ADDED 1/2 PINTO BEANS.
