I used to always buy pre-made cole slaw for years, until I noticed they started selling pre-shredded cabbage and carrots. I've made my own ever since.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 2 packages cole slaw mix (i like the tri-colored), about 5 cups
How To Make cole slaw

Step 1Whisk together ingredients for dressing in a non-metal bowl until sugar dissolves.

Step 2Toss with slaw vegetables of choice.

Step 3Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or better, overnight. Toss well before serving.
