This one is from my niece and it sure is tasty...Add chicken breast to make it a meal.

  • 5
    large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • ·
    pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon, cooked
  • 1/8 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2
    2 romaine lettuce head
  • 1 pkg

How to Make Ceasar Salad


  1. Rinse and drain Romaine leaves. Tear into bite size pieces set aside.
  2. Peel and mince Garlic.
  3. Add the sugar,lemon juice, worchestersire, mustard, mayo and pepper add to the bowl with the garlic mix well cover and set aside.
  4. Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble for bacon bits.
  5. Just before serving add the 1/2 c olive oil to the rest of the ingredients you had set aside and mix well. Pour over lettuce and toss.
  6. Sprinkle with Bacon bits, Parmesan and Croutons toss again. Serve immediately.
