This one is from my niece and it sure is tasty...Add chicken breast to make it a meal.

Ingredients

  • 5 - large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • - pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 - 2 romaine lettuce head
  • 1 package croutons

How To Make ceasar salad

  • Step 1
    Rinse and drain Romaine leaves. Tear into bite size pieces set aside.
  • Step 2
    Peel and mince Garlic.
  • Step 3
    Add the sugar,lemon juice, worchestersire, mustard, mayo and pepper add to the bowl with the garlic mix well cover and set aside.
  • Step 4
    Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble for bacon bits.
  • Step 5
    Just before serving add the 1/2 c olive oil to the rest of the ingredients you had set aside and mix well. Pour over lettuce and toss.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with Bacon bits, Parmesan and Croutons toss again. Serve immediately.
