This one is from my niece and it sure is tasty...Add chicken breast to make it a meal.

Ingredients
- 5 - large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- - pepper, to taste
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked
- 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 - 2 romaine lettuce head
- 1 package croutons
How To Make ceasar salad

Step 1Rinse and drain Romaine leaves. Tear into bite size pieces set aside.

Step 2Peel and mince Garlic.

Step 3Add the sugar,lemon juice, worchestersire, mustard, mayo and pepper add to the bowl with the garlic mix well cover and set aside.

Step 4Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble for bacon bits.

Step 5Just before serving add the 1/2 c olive oil to the rest of the ingredients you had set aside and mix well. Pour over lettuce and toss.

Step 6Sprinkle with Bacon bits, Parmesan and Croutons toss again. Serve immediately.
