This is my families favorite Salad and we make this for every get together we have.

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    head of cauliflower chopped
  • 2 stalk(s)
    celery chopped
  • 3 stalk(s)
    green onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green olives cut in half
  • 1 large
    tomatoe chopped
  • 4 oz
    colby cheese chopped small
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 oz
    olive juice
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In large bowl combine all the vegetables and the colby cheese.
  2. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, olive juice and salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Stir dressing into the vegetables and mix well.
  4. This salad is better the next day when all the flavors have melded.
