Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 3 stalks green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup green olives cut in half
- 1 large tomatoe chopped
- 4 ounces colby cheese chopped small
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 ounce olive juice
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make cauliflower salad

Step 1In large bowl combine all the vegetables and the colby cheese.

Step 2In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, olive juice and salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 3Stir dressing into the vegetables and mix well.

Step 4This salad is better the next day when all the flavors have melded.
