My daughter in law makes this alot in the summer. It is so good. I have asked her about 3 times now how to make this, so I put it on jap so I can look it up now.

  • 1 lb
    deli bologna (not sliced)
  • 1/2 c
    cherry tomatos or tomatos cut in wedges
  • 1/2 c
    cucumbers cut in small chunks
  • 1/4 c
    slivered red onions
  • 6
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    maggi seasoning

How to Make Bologna Salad


  1. make dressing by combining oil,vinagar,maggi,and sugar.
    whisk together and chill for later.
  2. cut bologna into 3/4 inch square pieces. or you can use bologna ring and cut into slices.
  3. cut cucumbers into small chunks
  4. cut onions into rings and then cut into 1 inch slivers.
  5. cut eggs into pieces
  6. put all into a medium bowl and mix
  7. add dressing, chill, and serve
