My daughter in law makes this alot in the summer. It is so good. I have asked her about 3 times now how to make this, so I put it on jap so I can look it up now.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound deli bologna (not sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatos or tomatos cut in wedges
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers cut in small chunks
  • 1/4 cup slivered red onions
  • 6 - eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons maggi seasoning

How To Make bologna salad

  • Step 1
    make dressing by combining oil,vinagar,maggi,and sugar. whisk together and chill for later.
  • Step 2
    cut bologna into 3/4 inch square pieces. or you can use bologna ring and cut into slices.
  • Step 3
    cut cucumbers into small chunks
  • Step 4
    cut onions into rings and then cut into 1 inch slivers.
  • Step 5
    cut eggs into pieces
  • Step 6
    put all into a medium bowl and mix
  • Step 7
    add dressing, chill, and serve
