bologna salad
My daughter in law makes this alot in the summer. It is so good. I have asked her about 3 times now how to make this, so I put it on jap so I can look it up now.

Ingredients
- 1 pound deli bologna (not sliced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatos or tomatos cut in wedges
- 1/2 cup cucumbers cut in small chunks
- 1/4 cup slivered red onions
- 6 - eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons maggi seasoning
How To Make bologna salad

Step 1make dressing by combining oil,vinagar,maggi,and sugar. whisk together and chill for later.

Step 2cut bologna into 3/4 inch square pieces. or you can use bologna ring and cut into slices.

Step 3cut cucumbers into small chunks

Step 4cut onions into rings and then cut into 1 inch slivers.

Step 5cut eggs into pieces

Step 6put all into a medium bowl and mix

Step 7add dressing, chill, and serve
