My daughter in law makes this alot in the summer. It is so good. I have asked her about 3 times now how to make this, so I put it on jap so I can look it up now.

Ingredients

1 lb
deli bologna (not sliced)
1/2 c
cherry tomatos or tomatos cut in wedges
1/2 c
cucumbers cut in small chunks
1/4 c
slivered red onions
6
eggs, hard boiled
1/2 c
oil
1/4 c
red wine vinegar
1 tsp
sugar
3 Tbsp
maggi seasoning

How to Make Bologna Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1make dressing by combining oil,vinagar,maggi,and sugar.
    whisk together and chill for later.
  • 2cut bologna into 3/4 inch square pieces. or you can use bologna ring and cut into slices.
  • 3cut cucumbers into small chunks
  • 4cut onions into rings and then cut into 1 inch slivers.
  • 5cut eggs into pieces
  • 6put all into a medium bowl and mix
  • 7add dressing, chill, and serve
