    red onion rings
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1
    small garlic clove, minced
  • 1
    packet sweetener
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    dash of hot sauce

How to Make Black-eyed Pea Salad


  1. Combine peas, onion, green pepper and garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours
