Ingredients
- 2 cans black-eyed peas
- 1/2 cup red onion rings
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 - small garlic clove, minced
- 1 - packet sweetener
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - dash of hot sauce
How To Make black-eyed pea salad

Step 1Combine peas, onion, green pepper and garlic.

Step 2In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture.

Step 3Cover and chill for at least 2 hours
