- 8 cups spinach leaves, washed and dried
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups halved fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup broken pecans, lightly toasted

- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- - grated peel of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
How To Make berry spinach salad

Step 1Combine spinach, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries; toss.

Step 2To prepare dressing mash strawberries to a pulp.

Step 3Add vinegar, lemon peel, juice, honey, and oil. Stir well with a whisk.

Step 4Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle with pecans and feta.
