My husband's Aunt Sally makes this tangy coleslaw that goes well with BBQ, Mexican food and Fourth of July cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) package coleslaw, mix
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mexican-style corn, drained
  • 2 - fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon corriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 - lime, juiced

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
