    peanut butter

    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced ginger
  • 1
    garlic clove
  • SLAW

  • 1 pkg
    prepared shredded coleslaw
  • 1/2 pkg
    shredded carrots
  • 1
    red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    cooked and shelled edamame
  • 2
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 c
    salted peanuts, chopped

How to Make Asian Slaw with Ginger Peanut Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Make dressing by combining ingredients from honey to garlic clove in a food processor.
  2. Combine slaw ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing and toss well.
  3. Add peanuts before serving and combine. Serve cold.
