- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons asian sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 - garlic clove
- SLAW
- 1 package prepared shredded coleslaw
- 1/2 package shredded carrots
- 1 - red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cooked and shelled edamame
- 2 - scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Step 1Make dressing by combining ingredients from honey to garlic clove in a food processor.

Step 2Combine slaw ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing and toss well.

Step 3Add peanuts before serving and combine. Serve cold.
