  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons asian sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 - garlic clove
  • SLAW
  • 1 package prepared shredded coleslaw
  • 1/2 package shredded carrots
  • 1 - red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked and shelled edamame
  • 2 - scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped

How To Make asian slaw with ginger peanut dressing

  • Step 1
    Make dressing by combining ingredients from honey to garlic clove in a food processor.
  • Step 2
    Combine slaw ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing and toss well.
  • Step 3
    Add peanuts before serving and combine. Serve cold.
