This is a very refreshing summer salad that was served by one of my mother's friend's who is an excellent cook. Perfect for cookouts or potlucks. Very easy to prepare.

  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 large
    can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1/3 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    thinly sliced green onions
  • 3/4 c
    italian dressing

How to Make Artichoke Heart Salad - Steph


  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least two hours or even better overnight. ENJOY!
