Ingredients
- 1 small package, lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon onion (minced small)
- 1 tablespoon green pepper (minced small)
- 3 tablespoons carrot (minced small)
- 1/3 cup mayo or salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup half & half cream
How To Make vegetable jello salad

Step 1Dissolve jello in cup of hot water. Cool and add cottage cheese, 1/2 & 1/2, salt and salad dressing. When it starts to thicken, stir in carrots, onion and pepper.
