Ingredients

  • 1 small package, lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon onion (minced small)
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper (minced small)
  • 3 tablespoons carrot (minced small)
  • 1/3 cup mayo or salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup half & half cream

How To Make vegetable jello salad

  • Step 1
    Dissolve jello in cup of hot water. Cool and add cottage cheese, 1/2 & 1/2, salt and salad dressing. When it starts to thicken, stir in carrots, onion and pepper.
