lime sprite salad
This was my favorite when I was a teenager many years ago. Dining at the cafeteria was a real treat and I always had "my" green salad. Later found this recipe at Cooks.com and it's a match to my old favorite. Hope you enjoy. It's really easypeasy!

-
Step 1Dissolve Jello in 1 Cup boiling water. Stir in cream cheese until it is in small pieces. Add crushed pineapple. Add Sprite and nuts. Pour into desired container, refrigerate until set. I use a jello mold, but have also used a 9x13 casserold, cut into squares and served on a leaf of lettuce. ENJOY!
