Ingredients

  • 1 package 3 oz. lime gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 can 16 oz. pears, sliced
  • 1 package 3 oz. lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups cream, whipped

How To Make lime-pear gelatin salad

  • Step 1
    Dissolve lime gelatin in one cup boiling water. Add 1/c up cold water and undrained pears. Pears can be sliced thinner if desired.
  • Step 2
    Pour into an 8x8 inch glass pan. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Step 3
    Dissolve lemon gelatin in one cup boiling water. Pour over cream cheese and beat with mixer. Mix in 1/2 cup cold water.
  • Step 4
    Fold whipped cream into lemon mixture. Pour over lime layer and chill to set.
