The recipe does not call for the marshmallows to be melted into the jello; just added in when you add the cold water. I like the change, which is an idea I transferred from a favorite recipe of mine. Try it both ways!

- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 3 ounces pkg ea lime and lemon jello
- 1/2 package miniture marshmallows
- 1 cup pecans, broken
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
How To Make lime delight

Step 1Mix both jello mixes with boiling water; stir in marshmallows until melted. Add cold water. Pour into a 2 quart mold or dish. Refrigerate.

Step 2Meanwhile, beat softened cheese with pineapple and vinegar. Add pecans. Fold this mixture into partially set jello. Chill.
