- 1 pint cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/2 cup apples, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup nut meats
How To Make cranberry salad

Step 1In a small bowl soak gelatin in cold water; set aside. In a saucepan cover cranberries with enough water to cover; cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add sugar and the reserved gelatin. When the mixture begins to thicken, add apples, celery and nuts. Refrigerate to set; serve on lettuce leaves.
