How to Make Cranberry Salad


  1. In a small bowl soak gelatin in cold water; set aside. In a saucepan cover cranberries with enough water to cover; cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add sugar and the reserved gelatin. When the mixture begins to thicken, add apples, celery and nuts. Refrigerate to set; serve on lettuce leaves.
