My Aunt used to make this relish for all holidays. My family prefers the relish without the dressing.

Ingredients
- - 1 pkg fresh cranberries
- - 1 orange,cut in small pieces
- - water
- - 1 1/4-1 1/2 c sugar
- - large box raspberry jello
- - 2 c boiling water
- DRESSING
- - 8 ounces cool whip,thawed
- - 8 ounces can pineapple,drained.use crushed,tidbits or chunks,chopped
How To Make cranberry relish

Step 1Grind cranberries and the whole orange in a blender or food processor,adding a small amount of water to blend. In a bowl,add sugar,Jello and boiling water,stir well. Add cranberry mixture.Stir well to combine.Pour into a mold or 9x13 inch dish.Chill several hours,preferably overnight.

Step 2Dressing is optional.Stir Cool whip until creamy.Add pineapple,stir well.Spoon dressing on top just before serving.
